From the minute he was thrown into his first martial arts class at age 4, Larry has been intrigued with the human body and its capacity. After a university basketball career that left his body battered, he vowed to learn more so that he could avoid the pitfalls of a life filled with pain. When he's not reading a training manual, or learning from some of the industry's best and brightest minds, he can be found exploring his body and all the different ways it can move. Whether it's with high level athletes, clients in their later years, or anywhere in between, Larry's mission is to get people to better understand how beautiful the human body is and all of the wonderful things it's capable of when it's challenged in the right way.

Christa Couture
Writer | Musician | Broadcaster
Christa Couture is an award-winning performing and recording artist, filmmaker, non-fiction writer and broadcaster. She is also proudly Indigenous (mixed Cree and Scandinavian), queer, disabled, and a mom. Her seventh album Safe Harbour was released on Coax Records in 2020. As a writer and storyteller, she has been published in Room, Shameless, and Augur magazines, and on In 2018, her CBC article and photos on disability and pregnancy went viral. She has spoken for Walrus Talks, Moses Znaimer's ideaCity, and CBC's DNTO Live, is a frequent contributor to CBC Radio and is currently the weekday afternoon host on 106.5 ELMNT FM in Toronto. Her debut memoir How to Lose Everything is out now with Doulgas & McIntyre.

Tiffany is the creator and facilitator of Aroma Point Therapies, creator of the Master Healer program, teaches professionally accredited seminars in The Treatment of Addictions with Energetic Medicine, The Treatment of Mental and Emotional Conditions with Essentials Oils, and Pelvic Care with Essential Oils. She has many other unique courses that support Empathic individuals, Children, Teens and those desiring to transform trans-generational trauma.

Taryn Strong
Energy | Mindset Coach
Taryn Strong (she/her) is a founder of the SHE RECOVERS Foundation - a global grassroots movement currently consisting of more than 300,000 women in or seeking recovery from substance use disorders, other behavioral health issues and/or life challenges. Taryn identifies as being in recovery from trauma, a substance use disorder, disordered eating and self-injurious behavior. Taryn is a trauma-informed yoga instructor, recovery coach, silversmith, aromatherapist, dōTERRA Wellness Advocate and herbalist. Taryn has developed a unique yoga retreat program and led over 40 yoga for recovery retreats since 2012 and created and leads the SHE RECOVERS Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher Training Program. She is also the host of the SHE RECOVERS Podcast.
